Foremen
Our foremen are all men who have come up through the ranks. Many have even worked their way up through Bell Contractors, Inc. They are all highly qualified to run a utility job. They are all competent persons in regards to safety, and have been trained in trench safety, highway signage and first aid. They all also give field safety meetings weekly. |
